Everyone's hair is different. We use the following as a baseline for most of our clients:

Thin Hair: 1-3 packs

Medium Hair: 2-4 packs

Thick Hair: 3-5 packs

If you use too few, the end result will not look finished and professional. You can always return unused and unopened hair packs within our return window.

Slippage is what happens when your tape-in hair extension prematurely comes out of your hair. This is a completely normal thing that may occur when brushing or styling your hair. We usually see less than 5% of our tape-in extensions slip. 

To prevent slippage, you must make sure the hair is clean and dry and free of all products. 

It's also important to firmly press the extension adhesive together to ensure there's a good bond.

Our products are 100% REMY human hair. On top of that, all of the hair is cuticle aligned and double-drawn to ensure the best quality hair you can find.

Our tape-in hair extensions are designed to be lightweight and use non-damaging adhesive to ensure they are gentle and won't break your natural hair.

Our hair extensions are designed and capable of lasting anywhere from 3-6 months if properly maintained.

We ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature required. We recommend you only ship to an address where you can be 100% sure it will be safely and securely received by you.
